In addition to his role of Managing Director at Legacy PM, Blanco is also a Director at Wickton and leader of LPM Civil. This allows Blanco to offer Legacy clients comprehensive insights spanning the entire development spectrum, enriching projects with unparalleled expertise and vision.

Charlie has worked in several property organisations before joining the family business group in 2007. For nearly two decades, Charles has been dedicated to delivering mixed-use developments throughout Melbourne and interstate.
Since the inception of the Gibson Investment Group, Charles has led major developments, and over the past decade, has launched multiple business units within the property sector - all of which are thriving within the property community today.

Nicholas is the Managing Director and Owner of Establishment Developments Pty Ltd, a property development company which focuses on city-fringe commercial, retail and office buildings developments. He is also Director of Property Development of investment business Roche Holdings Pty Ltd.
Nicholas spearheaded the creation of Sandhurst Club and Sanctuary Lakes - a 1,850 & 2,500 residential lot subdivision respectively. Prior to starting his property business, Nicholas worked with Carnegie Wylie & Company, a boutique Investment bank, and venture capital fund Flinders Capital.
